By accessing and using the services provided by TecMinds GmbH, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
TecMinds GmbH provides consulting, AI-powered solutions, and custom software development. Scope, deliverables, and terms per project are defined in separate project agreements.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, IP rights in deliverables created specifically for a client project transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain with TecMinds.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives termination.
5. Payment
Payment terms are specified per project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issue.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TecMinds GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate as specified in the project agreement. Services rendered up to termination are payable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Lucerne, Switzerland.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this website.
